I Just kept myself into work and dodged outings.I attended one team dinner to socialise and market myself

I can gel well with 20s and there were barely some of my age and I was able to strike some bonds with some peeps

I learned its hard to gel with seniors with genration gaps

The office politics is another level lol

And my supervisor does the one on one talking part hahaha.

Oh yeah i hate the office politics, esp those jealous kind who compares with other employees.

its hard to manage them when they act like child.

Gen z are very outspoken and not gonna overwork
