@ Sallu, yeah i cant lie or babysit a grown up adult, even though my supervisor said to be nice n all to my employees but i just cant do it. And my employees hate for me for it but i dont give a damn. If its wrong then i will get it corrected n not correct it myself

So i can totally understand though i have not been asked to resign for not being nice n not socializing hehe

P.S. I manage 12 employees and most of them r grown up children (in der 50s) but act like 18 work wise

I f*#ing try not to involve myself into anything but ,some people love small talksAnd I prefer absolute silence, i just don't like talking, i like work related conversation (that's it) if you make plans for outing and get-together (Mujhe Ghar jana hai,Abhi k abhi).

I was interning at a design agency and I really keep quiet

My seniors are mostly in 30s 40s

I Just kept myself into work and dodged outings.I attended one team dinner to socialise and market myself

I can gel well with 20s and there were barely some of my age and I was able to strike some bonds with some peeps

I learned its hard to gel with seniors with genration gaps

The office politics is another level lol
