No. Iddat starts after the 1st talaq. It lasts for 3 months. The husband can return her without new nikah. If the 3 months pass, he can return her if she agrees but with new nikah and meher. After the 3rd talaq.. there is iddat but no return unless she marries another guy and gets divorced.

He clearly said to pufi he did not return her as his wife to niazi manzil.

Nor did he said to her clearly he retracted the talak.

Nor did he initiate any intimacy toward her (which is implied return)

So until he do one of these 2 things . She is mutalakat in iddat time.

May 28th Episode

Such a great episode and not for the bath tub scene. I can't deny that was delicious to watch. It's the rest of it I loved so much.

I had been hoping from early on we would get an Ammi meet Seher intro. Not exactly happy but it was a powerful scene. Seher's question to Mahid about what am I to you hit hard. He deflected and told her she knows about you which is true. I loved Seher asking permission to call her Ammi. ❤️ The whole scene was so good.

I actually kind of felt bad for Nazima today. Never agreed with her tactics but she was heartbroken today. I loved her last line to Seher, I'm returning your amaanat back to you. I hope this means we have gotten rid of all future third angle storylines; unnecessary in 2026.

People take Seher so lightly, they don't realize how sharp she is. She picked up on a whole with Mahid's one grunt to Nazima. I'm so happy the real truth behind that night is out. She now knows why even if she doesn't like the answer. We all understand why Mahid is doing it, for her dreams but I agree with Seher; shouldn't she at have a say in it? It's her life, her heart.

Seher tried so hard to get Mahid to say how he feels but he is so stubborn. I hope we get some version of it before the leap. I'm okay with the separation but I hope they come up with a plan to reunite and separation is by both of their choice.

Honestly if Mahid left Niyazi Manzil; it would solve EVERYONE's problems. He could live his best life with wifey and Kausar. 😂

I know that he doesn't return her. But she isn't completely mutalakat. The "reconcilable" woman remains a wife inasmuch as she remains in iddah. After her iddat (3 months ) is over she will be mutalakat.

Man Kausar-Seher daughter duo is one of the prime reason I started this show I can't imagine someone else playing their roles esp Seher. So stupid they make a 24 yr old play the 16 yr old version but not the 22 yr old version Show was suppose to be mainly about Seher and Kausar, with Mahid and Dr Fareed being secondary characters, yeah I understand Mahid is very important, his character is amazing and so is his pairing with Seher. But the show seems to have more focus on Mahid’s past than Seher’s education journey and they completely became lazy about the Muslim representation.

Last 2 weeks episodes were good but it makes me mad that the 2 main characters the very first promo was about are both quitting. Shows how badly makers handled this show and the cast. I don't wanna say this cause not many ppl will like to hear this but it looks like the show is now entitled to a certain actor. I seriously won't have mind if this show was titled Mahid Hone Ko Hai.

In order to keep Parth happy.. they kicked off Rishita from the show. Till the last episodes she gave this show her heart and blood. She even did intimate scenes, which proves that she holds nothing against him. I am sorry to say this but I feel like he is the main problem.

I've seen a video of Rishita crying while shooting her last scene with Mahhi.

All I want to say is that this show was very close to my heart although it didn't represent Islamic mufti family in a prober way. However the emotions and chemistry between its leads are the main reasons why this show will remain one of my favs.

If they kicked her out to keep him happy then that's also not very professional of him. No one is asking them to best friends but with the all the loves the fans have showered on them as a couple; this shouldn't be our reward.

Nothing is confirmed yet at least officially because it looks like no one puts out official statements in ITV world. I'm hoping she will be on the show after the leap. It won't be the same without her.

We all went through all this pain with these two faces and now when they will get their happy times it will be a different face.

Also why does the rumor mill for this show full throttle on Friday? Every Friday there is new drama to ruin all of our peace of mind.

I hope fans are trending on socials to keep Parth and Rishita as Maher.
