Yeah my message got lost in translation . But i can understand! if you are invested in the show, you cant take criticism.

it is about showing propriety and that needs brains which the writers of this show dont have. Mind hona chahiye pehle, mindset baad mein. Feminism tho door door ki baat hain. how to present a scene, visually, literally and emotionally is missing. I mean do they check their scenes when they finish shooting. I dont think so. Anyways, wedding is on! Let everyone enjoy. There are only 2 good people in this mannat land, rest are all evil. I hope their marriage survives amidst such an evil crowd. . I hope they dont bring another soul into this terrible household. Focus on one kid who is already traumatized. I am looking forward to Yuvi's plot and eager to see how they ruin it. . You give any good material, plot point, they will screw it.

BTW I remembered that even in Katha, the leads waited patiently for Aarav's acceptance. Thats how parents behave. Not just words, they show in actions. Instead of all this sangeet setup, they could have showed this one episode..

I was only upset at how the scene was presented. It left me with bad taste. Not against female freedom. It was the self awareness I was focusing on. Hope you understood what I said. Mannat was written relatively well so I thought a small gesture of pulling her pallu up would have shown she is aware.. I know too much expectations
