Prem is fuming with jealous fury as his preparations to entertain a group of 30 customers has been stalled as the said lunch party was held at another venue and to his horror he discovers that the venue was none other than Anupama’s cafe.
Prem notices how Prerna was having close friendship with Ansh and Anupama despite being warned by Shruti . Shruti apologises to Prem for this failed lunch order , Rahi tries to calm Agitated n fuming Prem .
Shruti recollects how she had noticed Prerna talking to Ansh and Anupama many times . She accuses Prerna of being the one behind this incident. In a fit of fury Prem lashes out at Prerna and accuses her of betraying Prem’s cafe and letting Anupama entertain the team for lunch .
Prerna is shocked n refutes his accusations and tries to argue with Shruti n Prem . Prerna accuses Shruti of trying to drive a wedge between her Prem since she disliked Prerna right from the beginning.
Prem and Shruti continue with their accusations and Prerna refuses to work with him anymore. She feels very sad that her friend whom she gave her honest hard work mistrusted her . Prem gets furious n fires her . Prerna states he could not fire her since she has already quit on her own .
Prem reaches Anupama’s cafe and accuses her of usurping his customers, that too with the help of Prerna. Anupama is shocked.
The entire shah family is shocked n pained to see how Prem has mistrusted Prerna, Shruti accuses Prerna’s mother cheated Anupama m her daughter was cheating Prem. Ansh supports Prerna n asks her to forget about Prem’s cafe, he asks Anupama to give Prerna employment at her cafe . Anupama assures she will think over it n not take hurried decision. She requests Prerna to calm down . Digvijay asks Prem and Rahi to leave this place n go back to their own cafe . Anupama and all the youngsters sympathise with Prerna except Baa.
Baa warns Anupama that this girl is not welcome to stay in her house. She humiliates n bad mouths Prerna and her mother . She already disapproves Digvijay h his servant and now she was bringing another girl. Prerna feels very hurt n sad hearing Baa spout poison. She feels so hurt n rejected n humiliated , she attempts suicide .
Next morning Ishaani discovers Prerna n alerts Anumaa. Soon the entire Shah family is horrified to discover Prerna semiconscious with over dose of sleeping pills , Digvijay directs them to hurry Prerna to the hospital where Prerna is managed as emergency case n she is saved .
Anupama finds Prerna’s suicide note n learns how she was hurt when her trusted friend mistrusted n betrayed her.
Prem n Rahi hear about this incident from Anupama who throws the suicide note at Prem n accuses him for being responsible for Prerna’s suicide attempts.
Anupama rushes to hospital and breathes a sigh of relief when Docs manage the case successfully n treat her n discharge her .
Prem has a heart to heart talk with his soul and makes it clear he still hated Anumaa and will do anything to make her business flop . He stooped down to steal her application form for the national cooking contest . He decides if the application form is stolen then she can’t participate or win the contest.
anupama and Digvijay are seen growing closer during routine daily chores of the Shah house . Digvijay is impressed with Anupama’s multitasking capabilities n he makes efforts to show his friendly gestures towards her making Anupama emotional .
Shah family n Anupama escort Prerna home . Baa and Babuji feel sorry for Prerna .
Prem and Rahi feel sorry for Prerna n want to meet her but Shruti brain washes them to keep Prerna aside n move on with their business, find new clients .
A5 Kothari mansion there is a celebration of sorts when Pari’s pregnancy is confirmed by the doctor. Raja and Anil rejoice . Meera however yearns for the grand son who will inherit the Kothari empire . Also since Baa already has one grand daughter , Priyanshi. Anil and Raja try to calm down Pari who is visibly harassed.
