NO they dont but Sumit keeps getting flashes from his past janam but cant make out why and who the lady in his flashes is

(not sure about this answer)but Sumit knows kk is doing this for her sister and they have to act this way till gaurav is back from the city (gaurav is her sister's lover)

ratan is sumit's cousin and a person who wants to take over sumit's father's business with the help of his mother ramola

kk had a lover before marriage, who after coming back from jail, shoots sumit but kk comes in front and takes the bullet. sumit cant see this & kills himself
