Yes terrace wedding has no sanctity. Do you remember the beautiful song in Vivah on the terrace. Literally they exchanged vows and showed rights. The song itself is mujhe haq hain. That doesnt mean they are married and have rights. The marriage that took place later in the hospital where the hero registers it and then signs the permission form makes sense. It cannot happen that fast but creative liberty in its beautiful form.

Here he doesnt even remember the terrace wedding and consummation!! that too with his employee and a middle class girl. If she brings this up in court, anything can happen to him. Just because they cant write one decent plot, they are changing the past tracks. How is any episode making sense.

The audacity with which they are writing such crap is praiseworthy though. It is all shock value thats all.

Don’t get me wrong. Vik boo would never get full custody under any circumstances. Court would have ruled in favor of Dk-Mannat and probably at best would’ve given him visitation rights. Had they be married, he’d have still gotten probably shared custody!

I’m talking from a criminal perspective of forging Dua’s birth documents. It’d have been different if DK officially adopted dua instead of misrepresenting in an official document

Sure! Thanks for explainig. I was asking if that is the case in India. I read a bit. and found that many laws are changed in favor of new relationship dynamics.

It is not that they cant show the story in positive light...yet they are not showing it. why? Nothing that they are showing is relatable so why are people seeing it . I think only because of actors and TRP audience due to shock factor. They would want to know what "other" things can happen that will give vik custody, because in their experience and common sense he would not get it. So there will be natural curiosity for next episode. Even I am shocked and wanted to KNOW how on earth is it possible.
