Final film is proof for me that Deepika was the face of the movie, was the title character, and got most threats for it while Ranveer got no threats but all the credit and awards for the movie. Deepika even used social media to indirectly call out Bhansali and Ranveer for not giving her credit. Deepika did not collaborate with Bhansali again after Padmaavat. Meanwhile Ranveer was still lobbying for Baiju Bawra and Love & War. This shows that Ranveer was willing to work with SLB again since he knew Padmaavat was edited to show him over Deepika and Shahid.
Ranveer has a long history of sidelining his actresses. He did this with Alia and even Kriti who he hasn't worked with yet, so if he doesn't spare his own wife, why not any others. Was silent when Deepika was attacked during Padmaavat and by his owN Dhurandhar fans, even while she's pregnant. Never once told his crazy propaganda fans to lay off his wife. Someone needs to make a thread on how Ranveer is so sexist that he attacks his co-stars with his PR especially the female ones.
