Even I have been taking tuitions from the age of 12, helping my mother in the evening with her students. I taught for good 18 years, after which I left taking tuitions.

Aise toh they could have implied child labour on me too, but since I went to school, had a normal childhood and was helping my mother in a non-hazardous work, they can't do anything in that.

That's how shopkeeps, househelps and others have found a loophole in it.

They can't sue any of them. A child under 14, deprived of any education and forced to work comes under the criteria of Child Labour Act 1986. Another major point of this Act is that it has an exception of: Artists, sportsperson, and family business that's non-hazardous in nature, can work after their study time.

So if Vaibhav is appearing even for private examinations, then too, nobody can sue him, his family or even Rajasthan Royals for it.

Ye case karne wale log padhte wadhte kuch hain nahin, mooh uthaake kuch bhi bakte hain. Case file karne se pehle agar ek baar uss Act ko hi padh lete toh mujh jaise logon ke haath se publically shame hone se bach jaate.
