bold: That had been an Aamir Khan production, n o t an Aamir film... he produced and promoted the movie (however I still wonder why)... his last movie had been Sitaare Zameen Par and wasn't a disaster (simply another remake...*sigh*).

At least some more positive impressions (according to the review-titles)... anyways, I'll try to watch the movie on OTT (if possible).

Agree to the impression that people aren't anymore stressing the 'perfectionist'-image given to Aamir in the past.

Imo, already the changes he wanted from Hirani during 3 Idiots and his acting there gave me the impression of valuing himself more than the movie... and this impression increased with every movie in which he played the lead (if it makes sense what I mean)... even his cameo in Coolie was weird...
