Birth certificate mein likhne se Kya hoga? Is birth certificate proof of validity in the “real” court? Then DK is legal father only. I was thinking that birth certificate is tampered and added the name wrongfully. If it is added by the authorities and is produceable in the court then dua is legal child

jokes apart... when Vik finds out Shruti died... he gets worried for Mannat and how she will handle this... he wants to go to her. Vish tries to stop him... he then declares they got secretly married. Mannat is his wife. Doesn't specify when and where.

Hearing this vamp camp panics and on funeral ground Malla gets divorce papers... claim they are from Vik and Mannat signs them in anger. Vik hasnt signed them obviously...

Malla makes a blunder here by saying you 2 got married in mandir... but nobody knows when these 2 married and Mannat is too distraught to catch her bluff.

Vo loophole rakha hai makers ne even if they want to pick it up.

Thats why I am saying ... the way Malla is... either she is overconfident or she has forged something and saved herself. Now that Vish is in jail she can always tell Vik.. Vish forged your sign.

But because Mannat is conspicuously not mentioning the divorce paper and mentions everything else... it clearly looks like an attempt to keep Malla safe... not expose her right now 😳

Vik while being emotional yesterday also didn’t mention about their terrace wedding, he mentioned only about their love. So probably they will show as love child only. But who knows!! They can actually say they registered the marriage after terrace wedding. But then why is he marrying another girl? Is it because he assumed mannat marrying DK had invalidated their wedding?

I mean does vik consider his marriage with Mannat legal? Or he says it because he feels that way? What does Mannat think?

Are pehle to itni technicalities pe mat jao....

But just to clarify to you... since you may not be aware of current Indian laws... these days you simply apply for the birth certificate but the details are verified from the hospital where the mother had given birth... and the records therein are the ones which are considered valid.

In the show, Dua didnt have a birth certificate till she was about 6-7 months old even though Ronnie asks her what to write in hospital records. Clear age is not mentioned, i am guessing based on the baby they used in that FB scene.

Mannat was visibly in a state on PPD (most of us feel that way). Thats how they tried to justify why DKs name was added.

It was shown that even though she is the mother, DK knew about Duas schedules, allergies etc. Mannat gets the blank form and Ronnie agrees that DKs name should be there. DK ko pucha bhi nahi na usne mana kiya baad main.

In a later scene in Indore (current timeline prior to meeting Vik after leap) DK has mentioned to Mannat that he feels he should tear away the birth certificate so that people dont question Mannats honour.

They have never discussed this with each other or mentioned it to anyone else or have had monologues over it so we dont know.

Mannat has mentioned Dua as pyar ki nishani but that can mean a legit child too.
