Anyway, from what I understand, the drama director has modified the novel and rearranged certain parts into episodes in their own way

the fan changyu replies, “Someone important.”

In the drama, she says it was a friend, which feels a bit odd, but in the novel the conversation is much clearer.

Honestly, I’m starting to like the novel version a lot .

I’m watching the drama from the novel’s perspective now.

In the novel, she falls into the river while fighting the bandits, and he rescues her.

But in the drama, they showed her falling from a mountain instead.

At least here, Fan Changyu is actually using her brain a bit.

She notices the bite mark on his index finger the one she left with her teeth and figures out that he was probably the one who saved her.

In the drama, they don’t show anything like this at all.

Yeah fan changyu in novel is very brilliant..she saves lord Li also which xie zheng sees from afar and gets angry lol..he goes like even at this state she is saving him ? 🤭

Haan see i was thinking about the sequence in novel and i remember there was no mention about hair pin at all..i was confused for a bit and wanted to check again ..they forgot about it in novel..

Xie zheng gets happy seeing her say someone important ..he feels atleast she doesnt hate him and feels he was important to her once..he thinks this is enough for him 🤭 biwi paglu 🤭

Novel fan changyu is very brilliant and doesnt do few cringe stuff that drama changyu does..for example taking important war hostage and trading him for salt and meat, speaking stupidly before emperor and wei yan and lord li..she does nothing like that in novel..

she conducts herself very well like a general and carefully chooses her words among people..infact in novel she sees wei yan only at the end..

The hairpin you mean her silver hairpin, no he did not redeem it in the novel and it never came back to her.

I will always say any novel is waaaaay better than the drama. So far only 3 dramas did better than the novel. TBT, LBL and Fated Hearts I still haven't finished FH ka novel. Need some 'patience' to sit through that 4yo ka writing

Omg i couldnt sit through fated hearts drama even..you are saying drama > novel ..can imagine how the novel must have been

In Fated Hearts, I actually found the Xia Jing Yan (Emperor of Jinxiu) and Feng Xi Yang (Princess of Susha ) have much better chemistry compared to the main leads

Yeah ..emperor was stupid drunkard..yet he pleaded for her life..and that villain oh oh he was totally misfit as villain ..that actor is made for sweet roles ..i dont know if i have ranted here before,but i really got eye pain seeing that drama..too much filters and whitening on leads face..i had to drop it
