Rajat Patidar: We will bowl first. This venue is a high-scoring ground, it will not make much difference, we will try to put them under pressure in the second innings. The most important thing is different players coming up and deliverying in different matches. We have played some good cricket and continue to carry that momentum. It is in the past, we are looking to play good cricket.

Here is a snippet from Daya, who is our eyes and ears in Delhi: Good evening once again from Delhi. This is the second match here in three days, and looking at the pitch, we can expect another high-scoring game. On this same pitch number 5, the DC vs GT match was played, where both teams scored more than 200 runs. Right now, the whole of Delhi is under Kohli mania, and outside the stadium, only Virat jerseys can be seen everywhere. Kohli came to his home ground, did a little warm-up, addressed the team huddle, and then walked back to the pavilion. For DC, Mitchell Starc has given Kyle Jamieson his franchise debut cap, while Starc himself is currently unavailable for selection. Lungi Ngidi, who got injured in the last match against PBKS, is also not on the field. Meanwhile, young Maharashtra batter Sahil Parakh is also making his debut. It will be interesting to see whose place he takes in the playing XI.

Axar Patel: I would have fielded if I won the toss. The ground dimensions are small, the pitch also gets better, so we would have chased as well. In the IPL, you score 264 and loss, but it is a long tournament is long, we had a good game with bat and ball, if we had held our chances then the result would be different. You need to keep continuing doing the work, even our best fielders drop catches, so luck is not on our side but we can sit around thinking about it. We have two fast bowlers - Chameera and Jamieson are playing.
