KL Rahul has been in stunning form, and arrives on the back of a record-breaking 152*, albeit in a losing cause. He also has a knack of turning up against RCB. What can he come up with tonight?

Pitch Report: 63m square boundaries either side, so no bias at all. The pitch is a batter's paradise, says Eoin Morgan. Batters cash in on length balls, so bowlers might have to be careful about that. This strip is a little drier, and Morgan says it will be interesting to see if the ball spins and bites for the spinners.

Delhi Capitals, meanwhile, have been inconsistent - three wins in seven games placing them in the mid-table mix. Their last outing will sting the most. A 200-plus stand between KL Rahul and Nitish Rana powered them to 264, but the bowlers couldn’t defend it. There was also a major setback with Lungi Ngidi picking up a fatal injury. Rahul has been the backbone of their batting, but the lack of consistent support at the top remains a concern. Stubbs and Miller have contributed in patches. With Ngidi unavailable, they could turn to Dushmantha Chameera or Kyle Jamieson to fill the gap. Toss and teams coming up. Stay tuned..

Royal Challengers Bengaluru come in on the back of a win over Gujarat Titans and currently sit second on the table with five wins from seven. Their approach has been aggressive, but more importantly collective. Kohli leads the run charts, but Patidar, Padikkal, Salt and David have all stepped up at different points. With the ball, Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Hazlewood have led the charge, while Krunal Pandya has been effective through the middle overs. They look a well-rounded side that demands a near-perfect performance to beat.
