Yes ..even gambhir has argued when necessary and even pant do you remember called back his players vs rajasthan I think..need not go to that extent ..but he is sitting there like clay doll as if he doesnt care or like why should i care..

Gambhir even fought for his players as mentor too Rahane is playing for kkr which once had players like Gambhir Dada he had played with Ms who is calm but will argue for his players
