No one can play the role better than this actor, but they will have to do a lot of makeup for him to look younger.

Coz they had recreated the same scene of Tulsi killing Ansh with Eklavya as well

She got sent to the mental asylum after this.

We got a mention that Parakh’s character has a son she calls Rio. So they’re not using Eklavya as a name if this is the same character. Rio is short for something else for sure.

If the news is true that Aakashdeep is coming back then now he’ll have the singular distinction of looking older than not one but at least TWO of his onscreen moms! All via the same show!

I believe, he will be named Eklavya. They won't give him another name because in S2, they change faces for existing characters but never changed names for old actors. That creates a confusion!

Technically not true. Dev is Saahil’s son. He also has a daughter called Diya who has been forgotten. In S1, Saahil had 2 sons - Nakul (adopted from Gautam Damini, with them in this season) and Lakshya.

Karan Nandini have children here - Samaira and Raunak. Though Raunak is forgotten. They had Parth in the previous season who is now biologically Tanya and Karan’s.

Angad, Pari and Hrithik were never Anupam Kesar’s kids in S1. They had 3 daughters - Lajja, Aparna and Sharmilee.

So they have made changes.

Yesterday, when Parakh Madan’s character got a call in the clinic, she called her son Rio. I presume it’s his pet name. Jio pe Rio. There’s no way Rio becomes a short form of Eklavya unless the pet name has got nothing to do with his real legal name, which happens sometimes but more often than not in Indian homes, pet names are derived from the real name. You gotta be the Kapoor family to call your kids Dabboo, Lolo, Bebo etc

I said Actors and not characters. An actor playing Character X in Season 1 cannot a Character Y in Season 2
