Vik already believes that Aish is Arzoo and to convince Mannat that he is right and has done proper checks, he agreed to a DNA test. However, Mannat understands how Aish operates and knows it won’t be easy to expose her, especially when she has been given a final chance to prove herself. She is also aware that Malla and Vish are covering for Aish, which is why she chooses to work quietly without involving Vik. After a 7 years gap and existing trust issues, Mannat cannot approach Vik and explain everything. To even start a conversation, she needs solid proof and that is exactly what she tries to gather. Unfortunately, when she fails to get it, Vik asks her to leave. Both Manvik have different mindsets and approaches to handling situations, so it’s unfair to judge them prematurely.
