The movie has a scene when Dawood is pissed off at the Ram Mandir verdict which happened in November 2019. Let’s say Jaskirat was in Pakistan a few more months after this and was taken away sometime in 2020. Jamali states he was sent 45 years ago to infiltrate Pakistani politics, that would put the timeline to 1975. Dawood hadn’t fled India until 1986 per reports and even then he hadn’t migrated to Pakistan just yet, he’s said to have lived in Dubai until 1994. So… Dawood was not even in Pakistan for the first 19 years that Jamali spent there.

Hamza doesn’t meet Dawood in this condition until around 2019; that’s a 25 year window from 1994. Now, clearly Jamali poisoned Dawood in this window but it’s very obvious that he wouldn’t have met Dawood just as he landed in Pakistan either.

What we see clearly is that there’s a party where Dawood was most likely the host wherein he met Jamali for the first time and was poisoned. The guest list for whatever party that was had to have been curated, it’s not like even Dawood would care to socialise with any random MNA or politician. He had to have felt the man was significant enough to merit an invitation to his party. Jamali never clarified the when and where of this party was or for what purpose was it held, so we clearly don’t know how long ago was Dawood poisoned, all we know is the man has been slowly rotting away for his one way trip to hell. The UN Sanctions Committee has officially recognised the White House in Clifton Karachi as one of his residence in Pakistan since 2003. There’s no specific timeline regarding when did he exactly shift into that particular place though he was living in Karachi since 1994.

So even if we take late 1990s to early 2000s as a timeline when he shifted there and the party is held sometime later, probably mid to late 2000s; it may as well be that he’s been poisoned approximately sometime in the past 2 decades; depending on when this party was. The movie also establishes that he’s not being killed to torture him, so we can’t be certain regarding how strong or frequent the poisoning was and if he’s given some kind of antidote in a limited amount as well to prolong his suffering as it’s the intention.

We are just venting our frustration over the movie which we did not even watch....Logic se hame kya lena dena?

Oh thank God this is a satire thread.. I hated this movie, every second of it and, I wanted to walk out every other second..
