Why can’t we react on posts??

My reactions have not been working for the past 2 days whether I use them from my laptop or phone and with or without WiFi. I've tried clearing cookies, restarting my browser, and logging in and out.

Once again, quick reply (not able to tag people) and reactions are not working for me — it is becoming increasingly difficult to use the site. Please look into this issue!

apart from not able to react on posts i am facing this problem too. The highlighted instant access topics aren't working
