Does anyone know the director of this show? I feel similarity between GHSP and SHKH. I know the story is completely different but still feel the connection. My silly comparisons:

1. Phuphi and chacha (same actors in both shows)

2. Main leads wearing same color (this is common)

3. Green color for all life changing decisions

5. Main lead fighting for herself

If the director is same then Maher will never get separated completely and Mahid will help Seher one way or the other without showing.🤞🏻

Geet hui sabse parayi (GHSP) and Seher hone ko hai (SHKH)

When will seher mu will be cleared.its so bad that she is thinking majid as a cheat. Mahid has done nothing wrong with anyone till now in this show. It's important for seher to know to know the truth about mahid.

Seher – Hone Ko Hai is an Indian Hindi-language television drama series that premiered on 2 December 2025 on Colors TV. Produced by Richa Yamini under Icecream Dreams and Aarambh Entertainment. It stars Rishita Kothari and Parth Samthaan. The series story is a loose adaptation of Turkish drama kizil Goncalar.

Geet – Hui Sabse Parayi is an Indian soap opera which premiered on 5 April 2010 on STAR One. It is the first series produced by 4 Lions Films. The show ended on 14 December 2011 when STAR One was replaced by Life OK. Directed by Nissar Parvez

In GHSP gul was very involved as she is with all her shows in initial stages, and even i didn't see any Gul khan tadka with mahid and seher but when you said there are similarities i was confused.

What a great episode. Seher was on fire today. So happy to see a character that isn't the bichari type and can stand strong. If she was going out she is doing it with a bang. She revealed all of Nazima and Phufi plans.

It made me smile to see that Parvez is still afraid of Mahid. lol Too bad Dada Huzar nor Parvez fessed up that they faked Seher's age.

Mahid and Seher never broke eye contact throughout the episode. It was almost as if they were speaking please prove me wrong, prove these accusations wrong. They were both betrayed by the people they love and not each other. There is so much pain and anger from their supposed betrayals too. Seher thinks all of it was a lie, he was just pretending and he thinks she always lies.

Speaking of... can we please talk about our boy? I am rarely team male lead on these types of shows because they are always manhandling, etc. however Mahid is so well written, so complex and layered.

I'm terrified for Mahid after this episode. He became a villain in his own story. His moral compass will never allow him to forgive himself. Even though he was unaware, if he believes it's a crime for others and now even unknowingly he has committed it himself.

He will torture himself over every moment he spend with Seher. Seher will break too but she better equipped emotionally to deal with her heartbreak, he isn't. He is going to shut down and shut off the world more then before Seher. I'm just getting teary eyed thinking about it.

I had a little hope that even with age revelation they would remain friends and would help the other achieve their respective goals. Alas it wasn't meant to be. Hopefully it won't be as horrible as I'm thinking it will be.

I actually appreciate the fact Mahid is totally against underage marriage even if it is his wife and the person he has fallen for. Sad such an interesting character will still be termed as pedo by some ppl 🥲

The family and environment Mahid was brought up in, it is impossible for him and Seher to be friends even if they got divorced.

I m looking forward to the time skip if there is any coming up soon.

I do too. Like I said in my post I rarely side with the male lead but he is so well created that you can't help but be completely broken by him and his experiences. Plus they aren't on the surface level either, oh my mom left or dad died. There is actual trauma compounded by the weight on his little shoulders since he was 7.

Honestly how many shows stay true to the theme was advertised when it's first coming out. We all love the love so it changes. Seher is also a pretty strong character, not the sad sit in the corner type. The actress is new so that plays a part as well.

Mahid is a doer. He applies the rules he enforces to himself as well. I think as a Mufti he wants to be the bridge between the old ways and new ways. Young people are changing and how they follow religion and he wants to modernize some of the old ways which I respect. Old traditions like underage marriage need to go, life expectancy is now longer. I don't get the pedo bit at all.

His family is toxic simply put and right now he is not in the right head space at ALL.

As I said in the post, I'm terrified for him because he has found himself guilty of this crime.

I'm ready for a bit of the leap too else we are in for a long few weeks of pain and hurting.
