Yes, I understand that this can be disturbing... it's a bit similar when women fall in love with certain very violent criminals who spend time in prisons - to me, too, it's disturbing.
Anyways, terrorists should at least always get punished/killed.
Dil Se showed how even sensible humans can get dragged into terrorism by what they had to endoure... the SRK character really tried to hinder her to become one (she hadn't yet killed anybody)... he sensed that she had explosives on her body (a suicide killing), so he prefered to die with her instead of allowing her to kill other people (except him). It was a movie strictement against terrorism.
