Who is ' we' ?

The average citizen of Pakistan is not responsible for the awful things their govt , the ruling establishment, the military , the ISI or the terror groups that operate out of there or are funded from there do. Pakistani civilians ,the common people who are busy trying to put food on the table are as much of victims as others are when terrorists are on the loose. Some nutter blowing himself up in the middle of the street in Karachi or Islamabad would kill Pakistanis who had no say in any of that , Pakistani Muslims get killed plenty . So Indians have no business hating on them en masse ,hating artists from there or hating Indians who collaborate with artists from there.

And waqf board ? Wtf. How are Pakistanis responsible for the Waqf issues in India ?
