Have you heard Aakhri Ishq by Jubin Nautiyal? Absolutely brilliant and haunting in its heartbreaking beauty. His voice combined with that flute is just devastatingly amazing.

D1 had an album that was an instant shot in the arm like an adrenaline and I confess initially I was like what a downer for the album of D2 in comparison. But with the context of the movie they make sense and are like a slow burn that grows on you the more you listen to it.

A male friend asked me why are women going crazy in this scene whereas there was no such reaction from them anywhere when Animal happened and Vanga literally has RK strolling naked in his lawn.

Honestly, hearing that question made me wanna facepalm so bad; I was like there’s Dhar and then there’s my friend.

It’s really not difficult… it’s not just the looks or their bodies on display but the way those characters behave with their wives that makes the difference women have towards their characters. The violence isn’t the turn off, the misogyny is.
