i met some children in Germany recently. They told me that they are like modern world nazis and want to first deport all the immigrants that came from Pakistan and living on welfare and sitting on websites making posts all day. This tore my soul to see such lack of compassion. As someone who does not believe in any religion I was so moved so I asked them more questions and asked but why they said so that once they make move “we can bomb the f{## out of them “ by now I was feeling really bad as without any religious identity to back me up my only feelings are compassion for humans how can men do this to each other. Their answer surprised me. They said they had founded a new sect of Islam and their orders were to “bomb the f}#% out of rest of them” I cried for a whole week after this experience in Germany. The residential neighborhood is not far from mariennesplatz in Munich where I had this experience. As a white male from France, I think they felt comfortable with me despite their hate for each other . I have said prayers for Islam every day after that.

I find it hard and challenging that a person without faith like me could be moved a much and that is why I prayed. I prayed to The universal god. Or one god - the god without any names for those who do not believe in man made religions.

I will share more details and my much better trip to India some other day because it there I found peace and harmony. I don’t want to confuse that experience with this one of “I would bomb the f}#% out of them” experience

It's early morning in India right now and the first thing i read is your post.... And I'm moved to tears.

When will this world start looking at people for what they a r e instead of what religion they follow, for ex. person A may spit, urinate or j3rk in your food, person B might try to evetease adamtease or take advantage of you, person C may try to burn your house and loot your belongings, person D might try to kill you for not believing in his ideals.... Etc etc etc.... But, So what if they all (barring 1%) have one thing in common? We should not pay any attention to any pattern emerging from those incidents or from our own experiences. We should not waste our time & energy in useless concepts like 'practicality', 'safeguarding', or 'common sense' cause they may lead to phobia and hate.

Us humanitarian people should strive to s e e each person as a human being first, even with the possibility that an experience with a specific subset of humans might leave us incapable to s e e i n g anymore humans....

Practicality & Survival Instinct are anyways overrated concepts for humans. We should learn to see abstract and If we see something b a d especially from a similar subset of humans, we must close our eyes to any P a t t e r n emerging. We must keep our humanity first before anything, even survival.

I'm so looking forward to your trip to India... please do share your experiences
