I can imagine Ranveer pulling off a psychological thriller in which he plays either a man with some personality disorder or dual roles where the innocent one is framed for the crimes of the other simply because they are lookalikes. It would be a trip!

Given the rage Dhurandhar is and the range he’s displayed here, I know many directors who perhaps never imagined him as such a character would definitely think of him for a range of characters. I really hope he gets a chance to work with Rajamouli, we know that was shown as a tongue in cheek funny joke in BOB; but maybe it will happen after this!

Rajamouli has such a fantastic way of presenting his characters that he’s definitely going to make Ranveer look like never before and present him in a new role if they do collaborate in the future.

@Bold: Amen to that!

As for working with SSR...We were discussing the same thing in another thread...Ranveer is like a readymade actor for SSR type of larger than life vision...He worked with the tough taskmaster SLB and perhaps the only actor who came out with flying colors delivering 3 back to back epics with him making it look like a walk in the park which temped the other actors to jump on the SLB bandwagon...smiley2..

Having survived SLB he can survive anyone given what’s said about him smiley36

Rajamouli in comparison is a perfectionist but I don’t think I’ve ever heard or read stories about him as I’ve about SLB. He’s considered a gentleman who simply expects people to deliver when they’re cast and needs his vision delivered with no room for blunders. That’s acceptable given that he’s aware that people are investing money and they shouldn’t suffer losses; also audience deserves to have their money’s worth and his reputation is also at stake. It’s not being unreasonable or even awful like SLB, just professional and practical which is not an issue.
