She is being targeted for being honest and principal CEO of media company. KD did interview of the minister and exposed his corruption on live TV interview. The interview was originally scheduled for her but she fell sick last minute.
She keeps check on yuvi's spending and activity. Yuvi wants all money and power. Her dad started that company. Yuvi thinks he is entitled because he is Kahndekar. Kaushiki's philosophy is, yuvi needs to earn the position and eligibility to become CEO.

yes I did up to 200 episodes. OG has very strong FL. OG FL and marathi one do resemble in look. The best parts in OG were her interrogations to family members where only kaushiki, yuvi and Ira know she is cop. here it would not happen as they are undercover and only Ira knows it because they had saved her. I am not sure if now kaushiki would get to know as well because her life is in danger.
But I did like some changes they made in Marathi remake.
Hindi version has same title of the show like OG but that kind of copying OG and the changes they made or deviated the way from OG is unimpressive.
