Just finished watching the movie !! Have been avoiding the forum to avoid spoilers! I am still processing what I saw might do a proper review later ! For now I just want to say I am so happy for ranveer , he has got a role of a lifetime and he is lived up to it ! Aditya dhar hats off for pulling off a sequel that is as good as the first part !

but he was planning n plotting even from death bed..he was fully capable of creating havoc…funding all the unrest and terror attacks…killing and torturing many others while getting tortured himself.

Yes...I too felt relieved but I was talking from the spectacle pov....Aanand wouldn't be the Aanand we have come to love if they showed Rajesh Khanna being alive in the end...Deewaar wouldn't be Deewaar if Amitabh's character doesn't die...Padmaavat's biggest USP is the Rani dying in the end...Titanic, Blood diamond, The Departed- I mean the list goes on and on...I get it that by making his life virtually useless to him, the ending is still tragic.

But I don’t think his life is useless, Jaskirat's story is over but the mission doesn't end here, they can extend it and Jaskirat will train them

Also, "Balidan Sarvo Dharma"

The life of "Unknown men" is not a happy one, it just tells us how they give up everything for their country

Of, course I agree...And Hamza will eventually find a new objective to live his life once he overcomes his pain. I was just lamenting that the life as is currently has become useless to him...Just like that song, he was asked to live when he was prepared to die and when he wanted to finally live he became as good as dead...:(

Utmost respect for these selfless people who give up themselves so that we people can keep on collecting more and more for ourselves...:(

This and Hamza's scene with Yalina where he says terrorism is worse for Pakistan than India

Like how and where do people see hatred?
