Personally, I would let the orangegutan massage his ego by giving statements that make his maga supporters happy. If despite his statements we are able to carry out our trade without problem then why give him importance or invite unnecessary conflict by contradicting his each & every statement. Let the guy be happy as long as we are free to do what we want

No I dont think India ever revealed how much it imported from other country. The percentage in Feb is from analytics firm Kpler.

But they have said they dont need permission (now) and earlier didnt stop while always saying that they will check for their best interests .

I know you (even sometimes I) expect that our statement should be more bold, but the truth is we arent as powerful as China (or even Russia) to directly confront the US, so the best way is probably to continue doing everything you want while letting the other say anything.
