Dev appears dumb because he’s a rich brat born in a privileged family who hasn’t had to learn how to hustle until the Viranis started going down financially while he was in his teens probably. Ran is a hustler from day one.

Atleast, until Viranis get control on SN and Virani industries, he should keep her away by hiding himself. Anyways, Tulsi will ensure Angad takes back the POA from RV.
