He again acted exactly the way he did during ice kaand, used his weight and that comes from that Saluja tag and wealth. In ice kand everyone let it go because he was shaken due to betrayal still it affected Mannat so much that she turned bitter. Now he was doing the same. He was just a middle man, who is he to decide whether to give money or not? It was a deal between her and sinha. Why did he do that? Because he had power and she had need. Being pompous about money, mocking her, calling her gold digger out of nowhere, all this while sitting on the stolen property without any regret. I dont see that as a loophole, I see that as audacity. I'm not saying to return it to salujas but where is his conscience or guilt? Even a little bit? He has nothing.

Again saying, I dont know how will they pull it off but they better make him value the money by stripping him off from his wealth atleast for some time.

Did we see guilt or conscience from mannat's side when gagan was repeatedly saying he has no money.. no right?, he mentioned multiple times that he had no money, not once was it shown mannat wanted to transfer the property to gagan nor her guilt or conscience for gagan, now should we call out mannat that she is money minded, and that she is sitting on stolen property without returning it to the rightful owner and is not even guilty about it???no right?, then why was it not shown, it's not shown because of lack of depth of writing, same with vik it's lack of depth of writing...

And vik might have said anything but as you yourself have said he did it out of bitterness to trigger mannat, and not because he was trying to abuse his power...he might have said he won't let the deal happen.. but did the deal stop??, had he actually stopped the deal and didn't care about mannat wanting money, then I would have said the same thing that he misused his power to stop the deal...but as of now the deal is still in process, and no matter what mannat have said he would have finally transfered the money, but after mannat called him out for his words she herself said that she don't want his money, so he can't give her the money now because she won't accept... That's why the investigation to know why she needs money and how to give it to her...if he actually denies giving money to mannat, then I will definitely say he misused his power but as of now the deal is still in progress

vik was never the one to misuse his money or power , in fact he is quite the opposite, he was humble person with no arrogance despite being rich, a trait refreshing in itv..I get your pov, I myself was pretty upset with vik's behavior.. but we need to understand his actions through his character traits..and not just subplot wise...

Malla can ask all the property be transferred in her name in exchange for Yuvi.

If Malla gets exposed for her role in the divorce paper drama, Vik can oust her but she has Yuvi as her trump card. She can ask for property in her name in favour of Vik continuing to stay with Yuvi or her not taking him away from Vik. Vik will do that.

It would be parallel to RoTu signing off their property for their son.

Yuvis birth truth wont be out by then which is how Vik can then claim the property back. 😜

It's actually a good plot @ Moor but again won't it mess with the usp of their show..

If vik doesn't have property then there is no role for yash,... Vish and aish will have nothing to do.. Yes vik and co trying to get their property and vamps doing something to stop them can give space to all the characters to perform but that's just a plot that can run for 40-50 episodes.. But will makers give up 200 episodes worth content of vamps trying to seperate manvik , failing at times, winning at times and their revelation?

Vik said this to Mannat on their wedding mandap DURING THE WEDDING RITUALS where Mannat was literally the blushing bride eager to get married to him.

Agree on the part that the words were harsh... but the CONTEXT in both cases was vastly different smiley20

Let's reverse the genders to view in different perspective...if vik got to know mannat spent night with someone and got married to that person after manvik break up, and vik would have said the same thing to mannat, would it still be taken differently... If vik said" Tum bhi sari ladkiyon ki tarah hi ho, vikrant nahi toh koi aur, malham lagane ke liye"..... Sounds bad right?

Though situations might be different, but both did CA each other, despite knowing eachother well...all this because of anger and trauma.... just want to mention, definitely don't want to dilute the mistake of vik.. it was gruesome, but so was mannat's.. But mannat apologized and redeemed so well..and we can expect the same from vik to apologize and redeem to earn a chance from mannat.. smiley31

Again saying, I didnt see Mannat being pompous or audacious like Vikrant. Drawing parallels between them just because they both did the same thing doesnt make much sense given the fact that the little bit of attitude he is having. I dont understand why its an issue of wanting a bankruptcy track for Vikrant? This team has thrown many illogical tracks to audience, I'm surw they will manage here as well. I genuinely wanna know if he understands how he is coming across. He has accepted he is a kumar, kept his bio mom with him, cut off his foster parents salujas, thrown them out calling them criminals, sitting on their properties for 7 years and yet taking digs at other calling them gold digger, shameless and using his weight. He was wondering from where yuvi learnt being classist and here he himself was calling Mannat some choicest of words.

And if wanna draw parallels, then lets say Mannat got her karma of snatching shares that now she is back to being middle class after giving them up to Vikrant. Now when is his turn? Sorry to say, but he has to go through that experience where people start everything from scratch or hustle everyday so that his acid tongue will be in check.

They can always add new vamps yaar smiley44

Point is Mallas days are numbered as soon as Dua/divorce truth is out.... they can keep her around like this for a long time.

She is still in SM even though her expose happened in episode 200... when Aish was jailed.

Ro got her home, Vik forgave her... ignored her attempts to separate him and Mannat and is now raising her kid as his own...

When it comes to Malla... Vik loses all his reasoning capacity. smiley44

The point I was making is not the allegations but the context of allegations...

Seeing someone actually married vs some pictures taken of 2 people in an embrace are vastly different things....

Also for Mannat it happened in a matter of hours (panmasala) ... for Vik he saw them after 7 years.... if he can have a GF of 2-3 years... why shouldn't Mannat move on???

We are basically mad about vik for doubting mannat's character right?, mannat too doubted vik's character .. She might be hurt that he moved on so quickly and can call his love shallow but why did she doubt on vik's character and CAed just because he moved on after their break up.. I get what you are saying.. @Moor, but I am just saying that despite different situations, the allegations are nasty on both sides..

I am comparing mannat allegations to vik's terrace allegations ...not post leap scenario... post leap vik is mad that she moved on quickly, his dialogue 7 saal hue hum alag hoke aur 6 saal ki beti hein tumhari, he basically thinks she moved on within few months when he was still not able to move on even after 7 years...just like mannat too was mad that vik moved on with yash.. it's just a bit more on vik's side because he thinks she moved on with his brother....

The situation is pretty complicated and sensitive to discuss , so let's just leave it heresmiley31smiley27

I get your point..smiley27..my point is just that we should analyse character actions on a larger scale taking into account their core character traits rather than just subplot wise.. and writer can't address everything, so we just need to read in between the lines and understand things based on core character traits of character.. Just like how considering core character of mannat, it doent fit that she wouldn't return the property to gagan, going with core character traits of vik it wouldnt fit that he is not guilty nor returned the property to rotu, it's just poor writing.....and he would not act as pompous, so his actions are mostly out of bitterness..

But if you still feel he was just pompous and audacious.. then I respect your povsmiley31

ManVik confrontation 4.0 is it?

Mannat finds Yuvi. He thinks she came back to get him scolded ... says he hates her and tries to run away. Mannat doesnt bother herself with his tantrum or harsh words. Takes him to SM after some mild scolding (like a parent). yuvi sheepishly agrees.

Vaha pe, like a lovely parent and a sensible person that she is (and without prejudice even though he is Viks son)... makes Yuvi understands that running away from home is wrong just because parents have tried to teach us something.

Yuvi is nonchalant... doesnt say anything, doesnt look like he understood anything, doesnt mention that Vik and Y are not his parents though Mannat repeats it many times.

Khair... bata dega to next big reveal kaise hoga.smiley44

A symbolic entry where it is hinted that Yuvi will be the one to get Mannat back to SM. Maybe alone at first.

Inside SM, Malla makes a big deal about Yuvi after Aish tells her to act it out. Aish overhears Y panicking with her brother but doesnt investigate much.

Yuvi comes in .. Vik hugs him and asks who dropped him. Guard says a lady. Vik runs after her to thank her.

Mannat is walking away thinking good thing she didnt run into Vik only to be stopped by him.

There's tere liye, a handhold and lots of eye contact.

Editing error since Vik offers a glass of water even before Mannat coughs smiley37

Another symbolic grihapravesh with both entering at the same time, Vik is curiously looking at Mannat... Ayesha nailed the traumatic, drained, emotional expressions where she recalls the happy moments from wedding.

Mannat hesitates a bit... Vik moves ahead and brings a glass of water. Mannat prays.

She comes to his senses when he thanks her. refuses the water and proceeds to leave.

Vik needs his answers smiley37 and starts his blame game.

Instigates and blames her saying I scolded Yuvi because of you.. had you not shown me the video I wouldn't have. Mannat smirks and replies nothing changed in 7 years... you still blame me for everything going wrong in your life. Start showing some maturity. Take accountability for your own actions.

Vik keeps blaming her. Then she points out the difference between his and her approach. She didnt blame him for Dua running away so why is he?

On further blames, Mannat tearfully tells him that he doesn't matter in her life anymore, that her life doesn't revolve around him. Be happy in his own life and let her stay happy.. stay away from her.

Vik then questions why is she back in Mumbai. fighting tears, Mannat refuses to answer and goes away.

Tells him not to be so self obsessed.

Precap is Aish worried that Mannat will find out its her... she cant fool her like she did Vik. Mannat spots Aish in the car.

Credit to Mojo... he makes sure Ayesha looks prettiest in the scenes with Vik post leap. An extra blush. smiley42

Ayesha was wonderful in showing the hurt when Mannat was saying those harsh words to Vik.

Adnan was nice in showing his confusion and frustration. Mannat had always come back to Vik no matter what he did... her life did actually revolve around him. Now it doesn't and he cant take it. The frustration is so obvious and nicely portrayed by Adnan. smiley36
