as far as I know she is a graduate or 12th pass and it was nice to see tulsi having basic knowledge of business and true that her in laws were businessmen so she picked up lot of knowledge and it shows that she wasnt locked in chaar dewaar of kitchen but also had a good knowledge on business too

I think she’s shown as a graduate at the beginning of the show. She tutors Chirag, Mihir’s cousin too but he’s just not studious enough to get the concepts right.

Besides that I think when it comes to work, a degree on paper is going to be meaningless when it’s not backed by practical knowledge and experience. Tulsi may have lacked the experience but she displayed she didn’t lack the knowledge required, and all because she absorbed the conversations in her surroundings. She paid attention to Mihir as he probably talked to his team and staff, his brothers, maybe when he vented to her as a sounding board just to lose some steam.

She was listening and even if not consciously aware of it, but she was learning.

She definitely doesn’t want to be another Jack of all trades but master of none unlike a certain homemaker turned dancer turned chef turned businesswoman turned maid turned meme.
