No, we already saw that promo implying that this partnership will happen but that would be followed by an accident of Mihir’s.

Noina sabotaging the order would mean that she’s willing to go broke. She wants to save this factory for herself if not the Viranis. So she would be incredibly stupid to harm the same when she knows it can bankrupt her as well if she tries to sabotage the order.

She will try to do something else to keep Mihir Tulsi apart, maybe this accident to make Mihir bedridden with a fracture so as to keep him away from the factory and interacting with Tulsi at all.

She might even try to take credit for the completion of the order, maybe even try to get the clients to come and take a look at the factory where it’s being completed by the Virani setup and claim that they are the actual manufacturers while Tulsi’s simply putting her label on the same to appear as the manufacturer and charging them more than the Viranis would have.

If Noyona plans the accident then I'm sure Tulsi will return to Shanti Niketan and foil her plan of keeping Mihir and Tulsi apartment. She will fail in taking the credit since one of the Viranis will blurt out about Tulsi completing the order and most probably it will be Mihir. My guess is she’s definitely trying to manipulate the clients into thinking Tulsi has fooled them as the Virani factory and workers are doing all the work forgetting that Vaishnavi has already had the designs trademarked and registered with the regulatory authorities tasked with doing this. Maybe even got the products GI tagged so as to prove they’re unique to Kutch as a region and within it Bandhej’s trademark is incorporated to make it clear which exact Kutchi manufacturer has made this product.

We know that Mittali has already tried doing this crazily once and was only stopped when she found out that the designs were already registered and trademarked. So in her rage and jealousy, Noina may act stupid and forget this detail to sabotage Tulsi.

Unless the accident is happening on its own, I can only think of Noina and Ran right now as the only two people capable of orchestrating it or even attempting it. Noina for the above reasons and Ran thinking that if the factory and by extension the business can be indeed saved then he should get Mihir out of the way as he can handle the rest of the family as it is. With Mihir gone, he has a better chance at taking over the business since the only Virani he has to deal with professionally is Hrithik who is one more trigger away from trying to kill himself. No one else in the family is even involved with the business remotely and Noina might go into depression too if Mihir is gone. Basically, he has the whole company to take over with little to no resistance as all his roadblocks will be gone with Mihir out of the way.

Noyona planning Mihir's accident is an interesting theory and quite possible as Noyona never truly loved Mihir. And after doing this she will say that bullshit dialogue
