Is there no law for self defense in India? Why were all the lawyers turning down the case, just because she confessed to the crime? Bhav was an escaped murder who was slowly killing her sister she had a right to protect herself to his death. This should be an easy case to win; there are witnesses to his crime towards her, his previous criminal record, proof of his false imprisonment of Ranbir and the medical reports of him poisoning Durga.

you are right, she has all the rights to punish him. what happen when last time he went to jail and MA, he came out again. this was the only solution they can think of, they can't live peacefully unless bhavishya is dead
