The way I interpreted the scene was to show how they got DK's name on BC which might play a role in future track is what I was thinking especially with that weird, I will tear the BC dialogue 🤔

I meant IF they were married, both would be in the room at night with their baby….so no reason why father wouldn’t take turns for night feed.

Yet two aren’t married, but DK knows feed times so they must have an arrangement where by he cared for the baby at night too, no??

Mannat saying put his name on BC to reflect how much he’s supported Mannat, as much (if not more) than a bio-father and yes BC is def going to be a bombshell in track soon.

There were certain dialogues that Vik said to Mannat before Shruti’s death, when Mannat came to inform him about her pregnancy: 1. Tumhare liye maine kaafi nahi tha, ke mere bhaiya ke saath bhi…. 2. From the perspective of everyone in Indore, if Vik had rejected the baby then why does Neetu say in BTS and promos, Main Vikrant ko sach bata ke rahungi ki Dua uski beti hai? This line itself suggests that they believe Vik thinks Dua is DK’s daughter. Mannat also does not want to clarify this which she herself stated in earlier episodes. When Vik meets Mannat, he said that she has moved on, has a 6 -year-old daughter and doesn’t react to dua at all even if he didn’t accepted baby back then of course after seeing a child 7 yrs later something he would feel or not??, he recalls their indore family moments and yet again says that Mannat has a child with DK. The writing team has messed up with half cooked dialogues, leaving too much open to an individual interpretation. For trp audience Vik being portrayed as a husband who CA his wife and rejected the baby as he believes its his brother’s child. This may also be the reason why the writers have not established any strong emotional connection between Dua and Vikrant so far. The StarChef connection was a good point, but it was again picked up briefly and then left midway.

Daman thank you 🙁 ….I’m clearly very confused, exactly what the writers intended with their open ended dialogues. But the lack of much of a connect from Vikrant is also apparent.

Are we interpreting too much out of that scene or is it too little interpretation, I don't know, I am confused guess we just have to wait what was that scene was for 🦜

Are we sure they are not showing a connect since Mumbai scenes did show the connect or are we expecting more such scenes like shown in other shows where there the dad falls in love with the kid or where they show some unknown connection or keeps meeting the kid often and they are not showing us here?

If it's not enough connection scenes, my guess it's just their writing because they clearly don't know how to take the story forward since they don't want to clear any MU between ManVik and want to only add more MU.

Bold - Vik’s had his share of soul connection radar alerts with Mannat in the vicinity and how Neetu’s starting 😵‍💫, so thankfully we have been spared the unknown daughter connection too.

That mob force feeding golla scene, Vik did fight off the first batch off Dua, but I thought just because Yuvi held his arm and ‘stopped’ him helping again was very off! Vik has shouted at Yuvi so it’s not like he absolutely lets him get his way, Vik should have pulled away from Yuvi and helped Dua being attacked. Vik would have helped a stranger’s child, and he’s spent 2 very eventful days with this little girl. And she’s Mannat’s daughter!. Compare to how gently Mannat helped Yuvi in the park even after he was in Vik’s lap.

Oh , I interpreted the 2nd time where Vikrant was unable to flick UV's hand to help Dua was to bring Mannat out to protect her daughter and her believing Vikrant fell low enough to hurt a little kid

Looks like all of us have different interpretations of every scene

I have started to hate all Babaji's references and just glad they didn't show any such scenes for Vikrant and Dua. One more Babaji's reference or BDB reference from anyone and I may have to scream into my screen 😭

If my understanding is right Neetu is pinning her hopes of Vikrant learning Duas truth will be so happy will immediately accept her and that Dua will be the reason he forgives and accepts Rotu

I have a few questions

When the Senti lukka chuppi started playing Vikrant shut his ears Was he getting affected sensing Neetu ka Mamta? While the sensing of Mannats presence gave him a sense of peace and longing for her, are they trying to show that he is already shaken so badly that he wants to move away, shut himself from being drawn towards Neetu?

Why were the makers alternating the images of Vikrant and DCP ?

What are they trying to suggest?

DK did not became Duas father on the day of her birth... that happened few months down the line... when the baby is significantly older.... about a year or so...

In that scene... it is kind of hinted that DK is more of a hands on father whereas Mannat is not. This is surprising since we see a very perceptive and alert Mannat now. Much more than DK.

It was not explicitly mentioned but hinted ... what if Mannat did not warm up to the child immediately due to the trauma.... hence DK took that role... isn't this what Shruti feared as well???

Not trying to defend DK either... I was wondering if anyone else felt so for Mannat?

I totally felt it!!! Pregnancy is not easy lot of women face PTSD and we don’t talk about it. It’s overwhelming…. I personally had that for first few weeks or month the sleep deprivation and crying can cause issues. Having a lot of folks around also gives anxiety because you have too many opinions floating on how to be a mom! You need a caring husband who can actually wake up in take care of the kid in the night!

The way DCP explained the schedule of Dua I was impressed!! You could see Ayesha acted so well she was a unable to handle the crying kid… I thought wow she handled that so well as if she actually knows how a mother feels… she showed that subtle emotion very well!

Maybe Neetu had a stroke at around the same time? Mannat had to take on the responsibility?

She was fine during the funeral. Whatever happened to her, happened later. Also why did they move from Dehradun to Indore? The BC says Dua was born in DehraDun.
