Yeah I also remember Karan telling Mihir that Damini is also asking gift from Gautam after Mihir gifted car to Tulsi. It can be property related feud also like we have seen Mihir divided his business shares among his adopted kids. So Gautam may be upset that he didn't get any shares

You know a character has been truly horrible and evil when you root for even minor characters you haven’t seen in forever to get their justice and feel such instant sukoon at the very thought of it.

I remember in this scene poor woman was legit scared Pari would have her son end up in a drum that had became infamous at that time. A woman and her boyfriend had killed her husband and stuffed his body in a blue drum then poured cement over it iirc.

The boyfriend was a drug dealer and the woman an addict. I still remember her father telling the news channels his daughter deserved to be hanged. How his SIL was such a good man and husband who had been patient with her and was willing to forgive her for her infidelity too but this is how she chose to repay his love and kindness. The mother stood by him and never once asked her husband to forgive their daughter or support her. She was worried about her granddaughter for losing such a wonderful father and heartbroken for what her daughter had done to this child.

When your own parents react like that it’s really chilling and telling of how awful you have to have been truly.

I guess it goes with his character because he has been shown dumb and naive since the beginning. He still doesn’t understand that Malti was keep him in her house for greed. He was washing dishes and didn’t understand the sister-in-law’s taunts. There were other instances too where he was shown clueless/naive. That’s why I was so surprised when he actually figured out Mitali faking being sick or having a ghost, but then the way he went about it was so stupid and wrong. Now conveniently, he didn’t do any wrong because apparently Mihir got drunk and had ons with Noina so let’s ignore what Angad did
