Gautam is legally adopted by Kiran and Arti. Then fearing that Tulsi might take him back Arti convinces Kiran to move out. They leave India along with Gautam..

Not kidnapping technically since they took their legally adopted son but in practical sense.. yes

I think they are going to change Gautam's story this season. They might show that after Kiran and Aarti abducted him, he never returned to SN. Aarti brainwashed his brain against Tulsi and that is why he is back to take revenge.

Question 1) When did Gautam become a lawyer? A family law practicing lawyer to be precise.

Question 2) Did he become a lawyer so as to save money of the Viranis because such a huge family needs lawyers from time to time. After all someone or the other is always getting a divorce, having legal disputes and ending up in jail for murder/accident cases.

[These 2 questions apply to even Hemant and Saahil as well, because S1 had no Virani as a lawyer.
