Ugh, don't remind me of that Maira bratty scene of trying to snatch Geetanjali MS of her neck. All the adults just standing there no discipline or consequences

Maira being jealous is understandable. Children even get jealous of new siblings, but Vani is a stranger who is getting equal attention if not more from her mother. Yeah in the beginning maybe she was understanding but now Vaani is here too long. Not sibling or relative, and mind you mother and daughter bonding is barely a year old. Maira parents needs to sit her down and explain Vani is now in their lives permanently and is part of the family, but that doesn't mean they love her any less. Children need reassurances and look at Vani, if that little girl felt like she belonged and not a burden it wouldn't have been easy for VV to pull that stunt or even try it.

Abhimaan AI story was another blunder as it was pure nonsense.

Kajal and vidya kalesh got stable trps.

But trps were another level with third angle kalesh.

Anshuman and Geetanjali Previously ruhi.

Its really disappointing that leads aren't able to garner TRPs without third angle.

Writers aren't able to give good tracks to leads.

I would never understand why leads get credit when the show is stable but are blame when trp is down. Rishta has a very big talented cast who talent also needs to be explore with strong tracks. The leads has had many great tracks that kept the show leading in 5 top for a long time. Even if the focus was on other supporting character and the leads were in the mix it worked cause the writing and execution was good.

Charu dating her boss, her assault, to even her crap with Abhir. Aryan being bullied, Krish issue with his father, Manoj drinking. Characters can only perform what is given they're aren't the creative team or writers to be blame for trp downfall. Audiences taste we think change but not really. TRP are high when Armaan is doing thing that fans get mad from like kidnapping

I really liked the first 2 months of Gen 4.Story was so good.

Only till wedding the show was good.

The Baccha jaap destoryed everything.

TRP audience loves toxic kalesh.They want ladaai and jhagda

@bold - Sorry Anshuman and Geetanjali had little contribution to TRP’s. Do check TRP thread daily TRP’s to verify the same. There was a whole week post Maira truth revelation before dance competition finale where Anshuman wasn’t there and there was zero impact on TRP. Post leap, many a times daily TRP’s were higher for episodes when AbhiMaan met, Abhira-Maira episodes!

@bold italics - Again not true! The highest TRP’s this Gen came during Abhira’s pregnancy announcement to Armaan, her delivery and Daksh truth revelation which were lead centric tracks because it involved both Abhira and Armaan majorly. Ruhi and Rohit were equally part of post delivery track since Daksh was involved.

TRP would have definitely increased if Ruhi’s kaands were exposed on time which never happened
