I agree.

The college track brought in a 1.9 rating with absolutely no negativity or OTT drama. At the same time, highly dramatic, high-pitched episodes were airing on Maa and Kyunki, which also fetched around 2.0-2.1 ratings. The downfall began when the writing felt forced, especially with unnecessary family conflicts.

The show has struggled with weak writing. It is evident.

Not true ! They were in Top5 even then. Post leap, Rishta was juggling btw top 2/top 3, after KyuKi started, it was into top3/top4. Shows writing has been questionable for a long time and it’s impact is visible in the numbers now !

Yeah the writing has been horrible for a long time. Then they had tracks regarding Krish crap, which lasted too long for my liking. Abhir & Kiara faltu track of he/she loves me or not Oh lets not forget kajal wanting house divide. Tanya babu trying to fight Ab or and that stupid AI story with Abhimaan.

They need better writers with fresh and new ideas

Not just now, whole 7yrs leap premise and post leap was written horribly without any reason or rhyme Writing in general was very poor in most of the tracks which are started on good note but have no proper conclusion. Characters like Vidya, Kaveri are flipped alternatively but never exposed instead leads are made to worship them

This track started the push down the trp list.It didnt straight away dropped below 10.but started and contributed to slump

Abhimaan AI story was another blunder as it was pure nonsense.

Kajal and vidya kalesh got stable trps.

But trps were another level with third angle kalesh.

Anshuman and Geetanjali Previously ruhi.

Its really disappointing that leads aren't able to garner TRPs without third angle.

Writers aren't able to give good tracks to leads.
