Agree with your viewpoint. Mihir still has not learnt his lessons as seen by his immediate agreement to Dev and Saloni,s rishta. It is Tulsi who had to intervene and say we need to get Dev,s input as well. Mihir is less repentant and more wallowing in self pity at this point. Tulsi is the glue that held him and the family together but without her around everyone has become like a ship without a captain.

DV is never justified nor acceptable. The Pari who was a great manipulator now is a victim, her responses to Ran are lip service at best at this point. What happened to the girl who was all about her rights and her interests. The makers gave spoilt her character by showing her meekness, she was shown more than capable of standing up for herself.

Rithik was a sensitive character who was more interested in music and not at all business minded. His backbone was Tulsi who encouraged and supported and guided him. As soon as Mihir disinherited Angad he was thrust into a role he was not prepared for and that too without any handholding from his father. He was left to find his way without any support at a time when he was emotionally very vulnerable.

Mitali only wanted a lavish lifestyle without the effort. Noina had supposedly signed over her share of the business to her. So she is equally responsible for the downfall of the business minded. Her pettiness, her taunts, her dissatisfaction with everything comes from a lack of support from the elders who brought her up and shaped her life . Her missing father , her spineless mother and her crooked masi. So her attitudes and outlook towards life is shaped by what she has seen all her life.

I agree with everything you've said here.

Sometimes I feel writers have no clarity regarding what do they want to do with the Gen Z characters.

I don't think Pari was supposed to be so crooked. But then they turned her pitch black and now suddenly she has no voice of her own - which is sad.

Angad was supposed to be the parallel lead but apart from romancing with Vrinda, he has shown to be nothing.

The only character that feels real and has gotten the most amount of substance would be Ritik. While it's true, as an adult you need to know how to handle pressure, it's also a fact his world came crushing because all the disaster struck him at once.

Mitali is shallow but I think she can still be redeemed.

The most pathetic character for me would be Mihir this season. Amar is a good actor, his scenes with Smriti and Barkha comes well - that's one thing. But when you look at the character it's very shallow. He didn't learn his lesson and the moment Tulsi will be back, he will be back to his screaming era. You can see that from his expression in yesterday's episode.

Also, as you pointed out, Noyona clearly told him that she convinced Dev to say YES for financial reasons. Still, he didn't stop. But tomorrow if something wrong happens, which definitely will be the case, the blame will be on Tulsi because she will obviously support the truth and not her grandson, blindly, is he's at fault. So it's simply annoying.

To be honest, Tulsi should never return to Mihir after everything that's happened. Whether he was drugged or not is irrelevant.

Even before that night, he brought a second woman into their relationship and gave her the upper hand, ignoring his wife of 38 years.

Such people never change their colors, whether it's reel or real.

this show is just depressing to watch now. Hulu automatically starts the new episodes of this show as soon as Kyunki finishes, so I have to stop it fast before it puts me in bad mood

My mom hate watches it daily

I was the one who was excited for kyunki and i encouraged my mom to watch kyunki so this upma stops

But she is watching upma and kyunki both

I am literally reccomending and searching good OTT shows and serials so my moms upma obsession stops
