Yes, after Ansh is killed; Shobha and Payal find out that Ansh was involved in Vishal’s murder.

But, later Payal gets Shobha married to his partner and then when Shobha gets to know that his partner was involved for Vishal's murder she gets him arrested though Payal wasn't convinced.

Initially Shobha doesn’t believe Tulsi either. No one knew at the time that Ansh’s partner was the same man who was Vishal’s business partner.
