Noina jumped in to take credit for setting up Dev to agree for the marriage but she’s gonna regret this decision pretty soon

I am torn regarding who’s the bigger idiot tonight - Dev or Noina.

Noina managed to sell him this idea that he can be a Ghar Jamai and simultaneously get Saloni to dress up as he pleases, like a typical South Bombay/Delhi girl in Surat?! While he’s a Ghar-Jamai? His dream was hilarious and when Saloni turned up in it the way she did, she reminded me of Rajni from Bahu Hamari Rajnikant! The actress is certainly pretty. Boy really thinks he can get to live like a king and Ran is what - his inspiration/ role model? Wouldn’t surprise me if Ran’s fate is what eventually terrifies him as he does a runner from the Mandap, if and when things get there.

Now I think the future track is a bit clearer if my guess is right. Dev and Saloni will be engaged; and Parth Vaishnavi will fall in love in a parallel track as they keep interacting.

Ran will not be exposed perhaps so soon. That’s gonna be a third parallel track that runs along. Hrithik Mittali will keep bickering but they will not be in focus for the foreseeable future in a major way.

The main focus will be of course on TuHir. The competition/exhibition ensures that Tulsi stays in Mumbai for the next couple of days at least if not longer. When this competition track ends and Tulsi is declared as the ultimate winner with her girls, it might seem like it’s time for Tulsi to head back to Kutch for good again. But that’s where this marriage comes into play.

Baapji and his family will have also recovered from the exhaustion of getting their son married by then, most of the post marriage rituals of both sides of the families - groom and bride - would have been done as well. The newlyweds may be off to their honeymoon, Saloni starts preparing for her exams while the elders aka Baapji, his sister , son and bahu would be free and call on the Viranis regarding taking things forward for Dev Saloni’s eventual engagement plans. Saloni can finish her exams and get engaged by then. In the meantime they will want to meet the Viranis and get started with the preparations for the engagement and the eventual wedding. Stands to reason, they will be happy to travel to Mumbai so that they can meet with the rest of the family - in particular Dev’s grandparents - Hemant and Pooja and his parents Saahil and presumably Ganga; along with the rest of the family. Saloni would be invited to visit her future sasural and they might want a formal ceremony of Meethi Zubaan aka the formalisation of a marriage between the two families via their children.

Tulsi’s gonna be needed for EVERYTHING. They will notice if she’s not living in SN! The marriage is fixed and Tulsi thinks that Dev will move back to Delhi - as presumably Hemant, Pooja and probably their kids as well as grandchildren stay there so this will be done in a few days. Saloni will leave with Dev then and eventually they can break the truth to Baapji and his family. With the debt presumably paid off by then, it won’t affect the prospects of SN.

Ran is exposed leading up to the wedding of Dev Saloni. He is given the belt treatment he deserves at the hands of every single man of the Virani family after Tulsi is done slapping him and getting Pari to do the same.

Dev does a runner on D day courtesy of the realisation that much like Ran, his fate might be the same even if he doesn’t ever dream of hitting Saloni. Noina probably doesn’t mind now provoking him to do a runner too thinking if the marriage is called off, with the debt fully repaid; Tulsi would no longer be required to be around.

Parth ends up marrying Saloni as the family cannot afford another scandal like Angad’s.

Nandini ends up getting a upgrade and goes from being Kaki Saas to Saas without even knowing what happened; but hopefully being around with Karan to find out that they’ve officially been promoted to Saas Sasur
