Learns what truth about Dua
, and why is Vikrant ready to burn Mannat in the 1st pic
Duplicate post ☺️ forgot to tag.
Caught up after a few days.
Trupti the way I see it this is a simple story of ARS’s drive for securing wealth , she left her first hurdle, baby Mannat to die at the seashore but unknown to her, young Aman saved that baby and Shruti brought her up. 20+ yrs later Mannat returned and hindered ARS’s next plan to get Malla married to Vikrant for his wealth. In between ManVik fell in love, but ARS’s plan remains the same, to separate them for his wealth.
So the writers are creating a show of how to keep ManVik apart 🙁 when we want them to come together.
Vikrant’s biggest asset is his loyalty and ability to love but his greatest weakness is judging characters. ARS knows his strength and weakness so slyly manipulates him with the vamps, and he doesn’t question the vamps, they ignite his anger knowing it stops him processing anything further.
Rotu lied to him and Mannat supported them, that’s her biggest mistake. And the devious vamps used that to manipulate and ignite his anger. Vikrant’s biggest flaw, his weakness in judging people came into play, he went on to CA Mannat and throw RoTu out of their house and strip them of their wealth, which is his greatest mistake. Mannat had no choice but to flee for her baby’s and her own self preservation. Mannat should be credited for giving her daughter a stable and loving environment to grow up in, if that means keeping Dua’s birth truth from her until she is resilient enough to face the challenges that brings, so be it, as Shruti did for Mannat. It’s not right but under the circumstances Mannat didn’t have much option.
What Mannat said about anyone Vikrant loves, he also destroys is true. Including himself! Mannat’s responsibility is to protect herself and her daughter from that happening again and again, until Vikrant himself changes. And that will only happen when Vikrant sees the true face of the negative people he allows to control his life and to work on managing his anger.
But Vikrant is still stuck where he was 7 yrs ago. IF that change had already taken place Mannat would have returned, with her daughter to Vikrant - DK isn’t the preventing that. Vikrant and the ease with which he can be manipulated is the issue for Mannat (and now Dua), not to face the same fate at the vamps hands again.
And actually even though he was lied to about the pregnancy, the trajectory he has was on and still on with ARS/Vish, his ‘gf’ and Yuvi, Vikrant together with the vamps will destroy any chance he has of winning Dua’s love, let alone Mannat’s. So Vikrant has to undergo realisation before he has any hope of winning his daughters trust.
As per Ayesha’s latest IV, DK has been a pillar of strength for everyone during their weakest moments. His emotional bond was with Aman, not with Vikrant, whereas Rotu had built their entire world around Vik. Mannat, too devoted herself to Vik in a very short span, which is why the impact of the separation was much deeper for them. DK tried his best, within his capacity to make Vik see the truth. However, when he realised that Vik was blinded by Vish and was no longer thinking about either Rotu or Mannat, he stopped trying to reason with him. Before the last major fight, DK even tried to stop Vish, but she conveniently hurt herself and blamed DK and Vik blindly believed. Vik knew that a DK would never harm his own mother, yet Vik ignored this fact and chose to fight instead. That was the point where DK also gave up on their relationship entirely. Over time, DK formed new bonds with Mannat and Rotu, mainly because of Dua. As Ayesha mentioned in her IV, Mannat never truly had a family, and these people gave her one something she never wanted to see fall apart. She is content and grateful for whatever Babaji has blessed them with. Another important point to note is that, like normal married couples, DK and Mannat do not share a room and sleep separately. This will later highlight that Mannat never compromised her dignity in the name of giving a family to Dua. DK, too has never crossed any boundaries in the name of their relationship and instead, he has remained a constant support always listening to Mannat, letting her vent, and standing by the family. In yesterday’s episode, DK’s concern for Mannat was evident, as meeting Vik could trigger the deep trauma she has carried for years, being pushed away, falsely accused, denied her child, having her character questioned, being labelled a GD, and these events lead to Shruti’s death. It took Mannat years to rebuild her life, and the return of the very person responsible for her destruction naturally threatens that stability. Ayesha also mentioned that Mannat fears Vik’s impulsive nature and worries that he might reveal the truth to Dua about being her father. From Mannat’s perspective, the logic is clear, she believes Vik knew about the child, rejected both her and the baby, and divorced her so that neither she nor Dua could claim the property while in reality, Vik is completely unaware of the truth. So what Mannat is currently doing is protecting her family and herself from the trauma and soon Neetu’s health will push her to face her traumas in real which she is currently avoiding.
Moor zyaada Kuch nahee kahoingee 🫣 just adding my 2 cents on Y and DK
Y and DK are both sidey, at the moment DK is getting more dialogues and Y will get her time soon as we already know .
Y is being portrayed as a villain out to get Vikrant for her wealth, there is no mask for her for audience to have different opinions or interpretations on her behavior.
DK on the other hand is being portrayed like he had and is doing favors to all the characters, is this true is left to audience interpretation. If the writers are going to this extent to make a character look like martyre it's normal for viewers to question this characters past and present behavior.
My 2 cents...
Do our perceptions matter more or what the characters think or are 'made to think' are important... since they are the ones who are going to be 'living' that situation
For example... there are very few takers of Neetus WW... let Mannat ne use clean chit diya hai..
Or Mallas innocence which Vik believes in... but audience doesnt...
Or Mannats forgiving nature especially towards Vik... which is a typical FL trait none of us agree wholeheartedly...
DK falls in the same category.. what we think of him and what the characters think of him wont necessarily match...
My point is our interpretations are because we know both sides of story... characters dont... characters operate based on the situation presented to them... we cant expect them to work the way we want because they dont know what we know 😀
We can criticize the writing but it should be done based on what the information the character is privy too 😉

I am understanding Ayesha is talking about Mannat's perspective not Ayesha or the audience perspective because Mannat made a mistake however big or small and she hasn't realized where she went wrong in the destruction which happened on that fateful day ( I am ignoring DK since you know my views about him
🙈) .
I didn't understand why would Mannat be worried Vikrant will reveal to Dua he is the father when he rejected the baby per her , I am confused 🧐
