Kyunki is apparently the most profitable show for Star Plus. It had 75% higher ad rate even before launch and Anupamaa was 2.4 at that time in trps.

Kyunki is now #1 plus highest time spent per viewer. They shouldn't have any budget issues. Unless Ekta is using sari kamai for Naagin

TBH, I am not much bothered about TuHir as a couple. Because whether Mihir was trapped by Noyona or not, he crossed his limit with Tulsi on several occasions and now I don't root for their reunion.

Keeping that aside, it's always amazing to watch Smriti and Amar the actors who definitely know how to act and carry the entire narrative on their shoulders. Also, Barkha is fantastic as Noyona. So yeah, whenever these three are on the same frame - it's explosive.

I don't know exactly what made them spend money now but if Ekta was smart which I'd like to believe she is, she would at least give this show some attention because even if Naagin becomes a hit, it's not going to bring her back at the top again.

But Kyunki has a long history and that brought a lot of people back to TV, dethroning Basi Upma also. So yeah, any intelligent business woman would grab this opportunity.

Good for you.

The only thing I'm appreciating these days is that they are keeping it balanced by showing all sides. So yeah, why not as long as the actors can pull if off.

Whether I would like it or not completely depends on how they develop the arc.

thats why colgate,Smart bazaar,Tide,Fortune and Kalyan are being the big sponsors

it gives them so much exposure

yeah felt the same. The decorations and aesthetics looked very classy and almost royal. Pari both wedding and Angad mitali wedding functions look feeka in front of this. I think they are using warm colour grading too now.

One thing I would like to add more. There is no color coordination or pastel thing in wardrobe of characters in this scene . This trend has become extremely boring. This scene was truly looking like old grand Indian wedding.
