I remember you. I have not seen most of his movies. Only few recent ones Freddie, satyaprem ki katha, BB series that's it. Will check silvat maybe. Tu meri mein Tera is not my type. Looked cringe from trailer. I expected more movies like Freddie from him. But he has joined Kjo gang instead.
Thank you, if you like romcom genre, then I recommend Luka Chuppi with Kartik/Kriti pairing. That was the first movie of his I watched. Akaash Vani (his 2nd movie) is a romance between two college sweethearts. But heroine feels obligated to enter an arranged marriage due to her parents so she breaks up with Kartik and ends up with an abusive husband. Dhamaka is also a movie that focuses more on Kartik's acting skills. I didn't like it as a movie as much as Freddy but his acting was good in it and a lot of fans feel it was his best acting (I personally think Freddy was).
I think he joined KJo gang because it's seen as the easiest way to survive if you're an outsider. Like how Deepika did YJHD, and later even at her peak, she did Gehraiyaan for KJo when her fans felt it was not a smart decision to work with Dharma gang after how much they lobbied against her.
As for TMMTMTTM, I'll just say that the trailer isn't an accurate representation of the movie, especially not the second half. If you liked SPKK, then this movie is very similar to that since it has the same director. And SPKK was also promoted as a frivolous romcom while hiding the social message that the movie actually had. TMMTMTTM is very similar in that the promotion doesn't show the movie's real social message.
