I don’t hold the same dislike for his character you do, and don’t sense that he has intentionally done anything to cause separation between ManVik, nor intends to….. As per every male in the show, he has a grand career and position in the PF but agree other than in the opening scenes he has failed in his basic duties. But that’s to enable plots to play out 🤣

His character is to cause obstacles for Vikrant, unintentionally with Mannat first but now also with Dua, but I’m hoping that they will not turn him grey. I still love his bond with Mannat, with RoTu and Dua (and bade bhaiya to Vik). He regards Dua his ‘beti’, but there is a difference in he spoils her rotten, very much like a beloved mama or chaccha or grandfather does, rather than a father who disciplines and draws strict boundaries for their children. He may hold Vikrant at a distance or to account if Vik does let his daughter down, but rightly so. In today’s episode the chat with Mannat, I felt he was wanting Mannat to see Vik’s pov on his anger when he was lied to, the same that she felt because Dua and others had lied to her.

Writers flipped Malla, but quite early on, not sure what they intend with DK. But the great positive is Mannat has another person to share her inner thoughts and be given sound advice, which Vik desperately needs but is missing and therefore in the mess he is in.

Random Food for thought:

- Mannat is terrified of meeting Vikrant. She can't handle his rejection & anger. But still, her main peeve is that he rejected the baby. I wanted to see maybe a little thought/guilt from her on what Vik may have gone through knowing about Rotu, esp after she saw him alone in Mezbaani.

- But then, she had always been vocal to him, that she understands his anger, I wish I could point fingers at her completely. It can't be denied that each time he asked her to leave, broke the marriage, she came back to pacify him.

- Like I want to see Mannat's thoughts, about Vik. I want to see Vik think in FBs about his behaviour towards Mannat on that fateful day; breaking the marriage, the terrace conversation, asking for Mannat's share specifically, giving in to the gold digger tag by Vish. Enough time has passed for him to remember the way events unfolded. . He misses Neetu, his hurt at her lies can't be denied! But, Mannat was the fall guy in all of this.

- Vik considers Malla family? He even tells AR that if his family has caused damage, he will pay for it. Does he now consider her Mannat's sister?

- AR saying Y is going to try the same trick Malla tried? . Not again. Y calls him 'Baby' & he accepts it quietly.

- Ronny's monologue yesterday, was it to clear DK-M,s relationship, after that close, long conversation, just to keep things above board?

- Can i add that I'm getting bored of DK-Mannu convos? We have one more coming up today. Which may be triggering. The Indore family is all set to move to Dubai. DK has also lost all motivation to work; that he easily is willing to move?

- I am happy Vik will meet Dua but but, he now has to start showing his own thinking, develop a spine for people other than Mannat, otherwise what is the point? It is distressing to see him surrounded by four malicious women now. And he has no clue, gives in to everyone, not just to Yuvi. AR wants to have breakfast, he goes, Y wants to massage his neck, he allows her, Vish wants the accountant to stop asking questions, he obliges etc etc.

Scar , word on everything Vikrant Dua promo was the mire which is pulling me back 🥶. Was Fed up of the narrative DK is the best whatever & witches are omnipresent puppeteers and powerful.

Even I wanted to know Mannat's views after seeing Vik in a melancholic manner at Mezbaani..If a person is happy with his life and family, he can't sit alone mournfully in deep thoughts, assuming that she has not heard his monologue.

I loved DCP and Mannat scene today! Them protecting Dua… I don’t know why every one is worried about DCP. Today Mannat and DCP both hinted that they will make havoc if some harms Dua. I felt it was a forewarning for all the vamps…… that also means Dua might be in trouble.

Malla also gave a warning that if anyone can Mannat will know ARS is still alive and faking it

Arye baba no one is behind the best DCP in whole of India the scenes are monotonous, we get it he is best in everything under the sun just like how they have drilled the importance of the witches and that they are slithering snakes hanging onto Vikrant

Vikrant ki halat dekh keh mujhe thoda oh well bahut khushi milti hai…. He deserves all that …. This is all his doing not believing Mannat . Now he is still on his saga of why Mannat didn’t fight with him…. Abey gadhe toh woh kya tujhe lorry sunah rahi thi … she told you all the truth of Vishakha …. After everything that happened with Malla you still chose her to be family…
