I think he’s understood/found out that what happened was not just a series of random events and misunderstandings that led him to a point where he cheated on Tulsi but how there were problems, situations and misunderstandings manufactured by Noyna that got him to end up where he did. I think he perhaps found out his daughter and aunt were aware of the game and that they actively helped Noyna, one way or another.

Unfortunately, he woke up and smelled the coffee too late. He didn’t pay heed to Hemant’s warnings on time and now that he knows how he was trapped, he’s already in the trap with no way to avoid it.

He believes that regardless of the tactics and manipulations, he’s not innocent completely either because he was a fool to trust others more than his wife. Besides, nothing changes the fact that he cheated on her (even if we may later learn he fainted before he could do the deed), his wife left him once she found out he had hurt and humiliated her again, broken her trust and heart, again.

Noyna had already settled in SN by the time he figured everything out though and hence his personality has changed.

I think on some level Mihir perhaps is also letting his company sink purposely. He’s desperate to get rid of Noyna and perhaps thinks she’d abandon him if he’s a sinking ship. You need real love to stick around, which clearly isn’t the case here.

He isn’t bothered about his family going down with him because he knows that most of his family is secure as they’re doing their own thing too. And even if they aren’t, then tough luck, he’s not immortal.

There are two ways in which a person's truth come out in serials. In first way all the kaand of the person is exposed in one incident. The second one is rarely shown in serials where the person is exposed slowly. Like in case of Mohini it was not like a single act that made Mohini bad. After staying with Mohini for so many years, Harsh realized what kind of person Mohini is. The second way happens mostly in real world but serials prefer the first way as it is more dramatic

He should get her to threaten him with suicide again and then disappear when Suchu calls. Or maybe pick up the call, reach there and ensure that no one else helps her while he himself stays hidden until she does the job herself
