They aren't exchanging names, Ananta (Eisha)'s parents already named their daughter 'Ananta' first before Pragati arrived, gave birth and coincidentally named her daughter (Priyanka) with the same name 'Ananta'. Rewatch the first episode, watch their reaction when Dr. Tushar tells them about Ananta before Pragati arrives there.
