But didn't they show that Ba had named property to Parth??

As per the show Ba died 25 years before the leap, so Parth needs to be at least 25 years of age pre lead (else she wouldn't have named it to him- or else she said that it's for eldest son of Karan?? Even that's strange)

So age issue resolution is tough
