In his state, it is his way or the highway. Even in the beginning he had no ability to judge people & that hasn’t changed one bit even today.

If Adnan wasn’t playing the role,I doubt many would side Vikrant’s flaws. And this complete lack of growth in him is very frustrating. Age & life matures & changes us-excluding him.

I do agree Adnan maintains the audiences sympathy for Vikrant, or at least he is able to portray the emotional aspects of Vikrant that the writers create for his character.

I do believe in real life there are men who succeed in their corporate world but who are immature and weak at emotional decision making in their personal. Vikrant was as you say over indulged by Neetu and Ronnie, they also are forgiving of most people so he’s grown up with locked abandonment issues, but in the rosy world RoTu created. After his childhood trauma was locked away with his memory loss, he didn’t go through anything that built up his emotional resilience and maturity. Until he met Mannat and fell in love.

No he can’t judge characters, is very easily manipulated by the evil bunch, and now he’s stuck in the empty hole he’s allowed to happened, having driven away any love he had in his life….. but in the real world this often happens too as sad as it is, and there are no angel ‘Mannats’ coming to their rescue.

Writers want to drag on with this weak man storyline Witty……not me, I’d have had Vik married, honeymooning and baby-shopping in London months ago.

Dua's mother should torture him first, followed by his daughter 😂. RoTu will for sure side with Vikrant, DK too, as he does have a soft corner for his little brother.

As much as I want , I don't think Mannat will torture Vikrant as soon as she realizes how the witches played him . RoTu no doubt, but DK last BTS dialogues, he is definitely team Vikrant unless they change the track.

Aww that kid is Uber cute, infact I get tempted to pull his cheeks . Hopefully the kid and family shifts to Mumbai and the 2 can torture Vikrant together, would be a sight to watch

Bold well said , the way Vikrant is shown, some people in real life are easily manipulated, fooled inspite of being backstabbed and cheated multiple times. I have seen such people personally and they would never even take someone's advice after being cheated since they believe in goodness of everyone around them.

Here the fictional part is how he lets go of his wife and family which adds context from story perspective.

Mannat’s resentment centres around Vik rejecting their child…she doesn’t linger on his abandoning her at the alter, all his grand promises he made her, throwing them all out penniless. No grudges that he has ruined her life, whereby she also lost Shruti maa, nor any grudges on behalf of RoTu or DK’s ruined lives at Viks hands.

Dua idolises him as the greatest of chefs….meets him independently at the junior chef competition where he’ll be won over by Dua’s talent and charm, reminded of Mannat. But what happens when realises it’s Mannat’s daughter… with DK. Will he back off being friendly with Dua? But Dua will continue to want to know him and her dream of making her mumma love with her idol chef too.

When Mannat realises her MU, that Vik didn’t know about the pregnancy, what then? Realise her resentment was misplaced…but if he continues with his MU, she won’t tell him it’s his daughter not DK’s……how is Vik going to come to this knowledge or realisation? Doubt on his own unfortunately, so through Ronnie/DK?

Then we’ll get to Dua’s rejection to allow Vik to replace DK role in her life….and questioning who and what Yuvi plays in Vik’s life.

Neetu’s deteriorating health needing treatment will definitely be key in moving the story forward.

Eye opener for me was how they turned secret wedding blessed but babaji into a trump card for the villains instead of that being a trump card for Mannat

Completely agree, the boy playing Bunty is absolute adorable and such a good actor, even in his above iv with Yami he’s a natural in front of the camera, so confident and not in the least inhibited. Loooove his dimpled cheeks, and beautiful smile and twinkling eyes, he looks too cute with the little blue hair knot.
His scenes are a riot, he’s Dua’s very cheeky partner in crime, they are such good friends, yet love how she bosses him and he does everything for her. I really hope too the family move to Mumbai, will be too sad for Dua and us if he isn’t with his best friend much longer.
