Later when Noyna episode happened and Tulsi left, he might have been guilt tripped by Suchhu that his family has made the women in her family a laughing stock..

So Hritik took a stance to step in (could have been before Mihir started blaming Noyna for Tulsi...)

I don't think Rithik would want to do anything for Mihir after what he did with Tulsi. Plus it is difficult to believe that Suchu will have so many dialogues
